This is a senior leadership role with accountability for test strategy, quality gates, QA delivery, release readiness and the development of a high-performing testing team across web, mobile, POS and integrations.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nOwn and drive the test strategy, standards and quality gates across web, mobile, POS and integrations.\nPlan QA delivery across projects, including test planning, resourcing, coverage and release sign-off.\nDefine and report quality metrics and continuously improve testing effectiveness.\nEnsure strong functional, regression, integration, API and performance testing across releases.\nDrive test automation and embed automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and release gates.\nBuild, resource, coach and performance-manage the QA team.\nEnsure defects are triaged, tracked and resolved within agreed delivery expectations.\nPartner with Engineering Leads, Architects and stakeholders to communicate quality risk clearly and coordinate readiness for peak trading and major product launches.\nEnsure QA follows security, data-protection, compliance, change-control and release-management requirements.\nTesting scopeFunctional & UI testing\nRegression testing\nIntegration & API testing\nPerformance testing\nNative iOS and Android testing\nTest automation integrated into CI/CD\nSecurity and compliance support\nWhat we’re looking forDegree in Information Technology or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n8+ years in software testing / QA, including recent experience leading a QA team.\nDeep expertise in QA strategy, planning and functional, regression, integration, API and performance testing.\nStrong test-automation strategy and CI/CD integration experience.\nProven ability to run the QA function independently, including planning, resourcing and release sign-off.\nStrong people leadership and the ability to communicate quality risk to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAdvantageousISTQB Advanced or equivalent testing qualification.\nRetail, e-commerce, POS or omnichannel experience.\nAutomated testing experience across web and native mobile.\nExperience delivering QA through high-demand product launches and peak-trading periods.\nWhat will make you successfulYou combine deep QA expertise with decisive leadership and will protect the customer experience by refusing to compromise on quality.\nHow we work\nWe value customer focus, getting things done, teamwork, innovation, integrity, passion and embracing differences.
