Apply today and make an impact at Core Scientific.\nThe Job\nWe’re looking for an experienced, highly motivated Client Services Coordinator to lead and develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of Core Scientific’s clients. This role combines data center technical expertise, customer relationship management, and industry-specific knowledge. Serve as a primary contact to liaise between client's and cross-functioning internal teams to ensure customer & department sucess.\nResponsibilities\nServe as the primary contact and build long-term HPC relationships and grow the AI/HPC portfolio. \nAnalyze customer personas and target audience demographics to generate leads. \nOwnership of networking events to build and maintain local, professional, and channel partner relationships. \nOwnership of market insight and advocacy of the HPC market. \nCollaborate with sales and marketing to drive prospective HPC clients to the data center for onsite tours and meetings with management. \nAct as the client’s advocate within the company, ensuring their feedback influences product development. \nStay informed about trends in HPC, AI, and cryptocurrency mining to provide value-added insights. \nWork with the sales team to onboard new clients promptly. \nManage on-boarding and new orders for clients from start to completion, including tracking clients’ orders from origin to our facilities and reconciling the order and delivery timelines. \nResolve client complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes when applicable. \nTrack key account metrics for each client in the portfolio. \nWork directly with site management, technicians, and development to meet clients’ expectations for customer success. \nFoster open, respectful, and professional communication directly within the team, with co-workers/ teammates, and leaders across the organization. \nPerforms other duties as assigned. \nQualifications\nA bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. \n5+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles with a successful track record of identifying, communicating with, and building relationships that convert directly to both top and bottom-line results, required. \nExperience working in or with mission-critical data centers, AI hardware/software, Nvidia, and other leading technology ecosystem partners. \nKnowledge of HPC, AI Infrastructure, hyperscale technology. \nFamiliarity with cloud platforms, data center operations, or high-performance computing systems. \nProven high-touch account management experience or other relevant experience. \nReports To \nSenior Director, Client Services\nLocation\nOn Site\nTravel\nOccasional travel may be required as needed.\nWork Environment\nThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely utilizes standard office equipment, including laptop computers and smartphones.\nPhysical Demands\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use their hands, and lift up to 20 pounds.\nPosition Type/ Expected Hours of Work\nThis is a full-time, onsite position.
