Apply today and make an impact at Core Scientific.\nThe Job\nThe Human Resources Site Manager provides strategic and hands-on HR support, overseeing employee relations, talent management, compliance, and workforce development. This role serves as a trusted resource for employees and managers while aligning HR initiatives with operational goals.\nThe position leads safety training efforts, manages OSHA logs and reporting, and partners with operations to promote a safe, compliant, and engaged workplace. Responsibilities also include supporting HR policy implementation, maintaining employee records, coordinating training and vendor services, facilitating internal communications, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.\nResponsibilities\nServe as the primary HR representative on site, maintaining a strong presence at assigned locations and providing accessible support to employees and managers.\nEnsure that all new data center hires are onboarded promptly and have the necessary tools to be successful in their roles.\nEnsure that department milestones and goals are met and that budgets are adhered to.\nManage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance issues.\nSupport employee engagement initiatives and provide guidance on policies, procedures, and company standards.\nAssist with implementing and optimizing HR processes and procedures.\nHandle employee concerns and relations issues as they are reported; conduct investigations and document accordingly.\nProactively monitor and evaluate the work environment in the data centers; provide suggestions for improvement as needed.\nAssist with data center recruiting, including sourcing talent and interviewing.\nPartner with external vendors and service providers when needed.\nCoordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and compliance requirements.\nManage and maintain OSHA logs, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant reporting.\nOversee workers’ compensation claims, including coordination with carriers, case management, documentation, and return-to-work processes.\nMonitor incident reporting systems, conduct follow-ups on injuries or safety events, and support root-cause analysis.\nTrack completion of required safety training, site audits, etc.\nEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.\nFoster open, respectful, and professional communication directly within the team as well as with co-workers/ teammates and leaders across the organization.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nA bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.\nBilingual (English/Spanish) required. Must be able to effectively communicate, deliver direction, and understand verbal and written communications in both languages.\n6-7+ years of progressive HR experience; field-based HR experience preferred.\n2-4 years of supervisory experience is preferred.\nStrong knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety training standards, and injury reporting processes.\nExcellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.\nStrong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.\nExperience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.\nExtensive knowledge of the function and department processes.\nProfessional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.\nReports To\nSenior Director, Human Resources\nLocation\nOn Site\nTravel\nMinimal travel may be required as needed. Weekly travel between local sites is required.\nWork Environment\nThis job operates in a professional office environment.
