The team supports the accurate and timely processing of bail bond and agent transactions, maintenance of agent inventories, and integrity of related system records. The role coordinates daily workflow, maintains supporting reports and documentation, responds to routine agent inquiries, and provides backup support for selected accounting and administrative activities.\nKey Accountabilities/Deliverables:\nCoordinate and monitor daily processing workflow, incoming agent materials, execution reports, and production reporting\nMaintain accurate agent and bond records across accounting and bond-processing systems, including agent setup, transaction entry, review, posting, and corrections for voided, rewritten, or adjusted bonds.\nRecord and reconcile agent payment activity.\nEnter and maintain replenishment information for applicable bond systems and books, and assist agents with routine system or bail-processing questions.\nPrepare, review, and maintain execution, open-power, open-liability, and other operational reports; identify and follow up on unreported forfeitures, discharges, and inventory audit matters.\nMaintain required files and correspondence.\nProvide backup coverage for remaining team members.\nOther duties as assigned \nTechnical Knowledge and Understanding:\nWorking knowledge or ability to learn process flow and data-entry systems. \nAbility to use Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, OneNote). Experience or ability to learn additional tools such as Crystal Reports, ImageRight, Adobe, and any related applications to maintain records, track inventory, and prepare reports.\nStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail and accuracy when entering, reviewing, posting, and reconciling transaction and inventory data.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills for responding to agents and coordinating with company personnel.\nAbility to manage recurring deadlines, organize workflow, handle routine troubleshooting, and operate a 10-key adding machine and multi-line telephone system.\n\nExperience:\nExperience with data processing, transaction entry, record maintenance, inventory tracking, or related accounting/administrative work is desirable.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills are essential.\nProven analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.\nFunctional in a highly collaborative environment.\nAbility to work both independently and in a team environment.\nDetail oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects and tasks in a rapidly changing environment\nExperience using accounting, reporting, or bond-processing software is beneficial.\nAbility to learn company systems and procedures and provide reliable backup support across related administrative functions.\nApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over work authorization sponsorship now or in the future for this position.
