The candidate must demonstrate progressive experience in the full life cycle of the software development environment. We are looking to hire someone who has strong communication, analytical, and time management skills. Candidate should be a driven individual with excellent communication skills who takes the ownership of their tasks to see them through completion. Please only apply if you are a US Citizen.\nDaily Responsibilities:\nImplement and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) environments and tools.\nSolutioning, Designing and developing business application functionality.\nPerform fit-gap analysis mapping business requirements to Salesforce best practices, capabilities, features.\nDeclarative solutioning using Salesforce cloud offering (Service, Sales, and Community)/ AppExchange.\nUtilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform.\nSupport application solution by working with the Development Team.\nProvide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance.\nDesign and development of API integrations with external business systems.\nAssess all risks and offer mitigation strategies, communicating impacts to project across multiple channels.\nBeing able to work independently with minimal supervision.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in computer science/information systems, Finance, Business Management, or related STEM field\nUnderstands and/or have experience with the Agile Methodology.\nMinimum 8 years of Salesforce experience with at least 5 years’ experience consulting as a Mid-Level Developer in an Enterprise-level Salesforce Program\nUnderstanding of agile methodology and experience working in an agile environment\nExperience developing Web Service (i.e., JSON and XML) between Salesforce Org and third-party applications\nStrong knowledge of Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components/LWC, Aura, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce to support business requirements.\nSolutioning Custom Objects, Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, Email Alerts and communication templates\nStrong knowledge and experience with SFDX, Salesforce CLI, Visual Studio Code\nCertified Salesforce System Administrator\nCertified Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I and/or II)\nStrong Verbal and Written Communication Skills\nDesired Skills and Experience:\nProficient knowledge of version control systems (i.e., Git, Bitbucket)\nCertified Salesforce Advanced System Administrator\nExperience using JIRA or Agile Accelerator\nU.S. Federal Government experience\nWork Authorization/Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a Federal Government background investigation.\nTravel Required: No\nInterviews: Please be advised that CoreSphere will be confirming each applicant’s identity prior to the beginning of our video interviews.
