Successful candidates will be responsible for and aid in application development on the Salesforce platform. Since much of the work of this role is client-facing, the ability to communicate and collaborate with peers and clients while building consensus is critical for success. Candidate should be a driven individual with excellent communication skills who takes the ownership of their tasks to see them through completion. The candidate should be a team player willing to work in a high-paced environment.\nDaily Responsibilities:\nImplement and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) environments and tools. \nSolutioning, Designing and developing business application functionality.\nPerform fit-gap analysis mapping business requirements to Salesforce best practices, capabilities, features.\nDeclarative solutioning using Salesforce cloud offering (Service, Sales, and Community)/ AppExchange.\nUtilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform.\nSupport application solution by working with the Development Team.\nProvide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance.\nDesign and development of API integrations with external business systems. \nAssess all risks and offer mitigation strategies, communicating impacts to project across multiple channels.\nBeing able to work independently with minimal supervision.\nRequirements\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nBS/BA in a related field (Business Administration/Management, Computer Science, or Software Engineering preferred).\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience as a developer on an enterprise-level Salesforce program.\nAt least one active Salesforce certification (Certified Administrator or higher, including Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I/II).\nDemonstrated experience resolving technical defects, triaging issues, using Agile development methodologies, and utilizing source control (e.g., Git or Bitbucket) on a Salesforce project.\nIn-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration and development, including security, standard and custom objects, Flow, approval processes, email alerts, communication templates, reports/dashboards, Knowledge, Experience Cloud, data management, and sandbox environments.\nDemonstrated experience with advanced front-end and back-end Salesforce development, including Apex, Force.com custom development, triggers, controllers, JavaScript, SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, XML, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, Chatter API, UI API, outbound messaging, Platform Events, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Visualforce.\nDemonstrated experience with Salesforce development tooling, including Salesforce CLI/SFDX, Data Loader, and Visual Studio Code with the Salesforce Extension Pack.\nDemonstrated experience developing Section 508-conformant content and testing builds for Section 508 compliance.\nDemonstrated experience defining and driving implementation of release and cutover management concepts, processes, and tools.\nDemonstrated experience automating manual testing, environment setup, and deployment processes using Jenkins, Salesforce Metadata API, Python, Provar, or a similar Selenium-based tool.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nDesired Skills and Experience:\nExperience using JIRA or Agile Accelerator\nU.S. Federal Government experience\nWork Authorization/Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a Federal Government background investigation.\nTravel Required:
