This opening is a hybrid role and will require time in the office on a monthly basis.\nResponsibilities:\nMonitor data file exchanges for completion, technical requirements, file transmission protocol, and decipher file errors.\nInvoice clients and follow up on remittance, supporting related inquiries.\nAssess and analyze data to identify billing and payment discrepancies\nManage ticketing portals/applications to document client/provider inquiries promptly.\nUtilize MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nPlan and schedule activities associated with the processing of customer data with minimal direction.\nDevelop and document process improvement initiatives to minimize data errors and increase efficiency.\nCommunicate effectively, fostering positive relationships with technical and non-technical staff, both internally and externally.\nDemonstrate outstanding customer service skills with a professional, friendly, and positive attitude.\nAct as a liaison between external partners and the technical team.\nRecipe for Success:\n3+ years of experience triaging, expediting, and scheduling help desk tickets.\n2+ years of experience with file transfer protocols.\n3+ years of experience with MS Office Suite.\nStrong analytical and organizational skills with proven experience handling multiple client-supported activities simultaneously.\nCorestream helps employers offer voluntary benefits without the burden.
