We are seeking a highly organized, process-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Seneca, SC.\nJob Summary:\nThe Project Coordinator owns the final stretch of CORE’s transformer delivery, from the moment units arrive on site until the customer takes possession and energizes. Serving as the customer’s day-to-day contact after delivery, this role coordinates White Glove inspections, drives every punch-list item to closure, and keeps customers, Project Managers, and internal teams aligned on status. The mission: close out every project cleanly, so customers energize on schedule and with full confidence in CORE.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPost-Delivery Coordination\nConfirm delivery status and site readiness with customers, carriers, and Project Managers; communicate arrival, placement, and inspection timing.\nSchedule and coordinate White Glove site inspections, ensuring site access, documentation, and resources are in place.\nTrack White Glove findings and corrective actions through verified completion.\nBuild, assign, and close out punch lists for each delivered unit, with clear owners and due dates.\nCoordinate with Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, and field partners to resolve post-delivery issues quickly.\nParticipate in job site visits, walkdowns, and energization support as required.\nCoordinate the warranty claims process and assist in its development and revision.\nCustomer Communication & Closeout\nProvide clear, proactive status updates from delivery through customer acceptance.\nEscalate schedule or customer-satisfaction risks to the Project Manager early, with recommended next steps.\nCompile closeout packages: inspection reports, punch-list sign-offs, test records, and customer acceptance.\nMaintain accurate project records in CRM/ERP systems.\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\n2+ years in project coordination, field service, or customer operations in manufacturing, electrical, construction, or utility environments.\nWorking knowledge of transformers or other electrical distribution equipment.\nAssociate’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering Technology or equivalent work experience is required.\nValid driver’s license; travel to job sites as required (Desired Skills & Competencies\nHighly organized, able to manage many open items across multiple job sites at once.\nClear, professional written and verbal communication with customers and field crews.\nStrong follow-through and sense of ownership; comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\nProficiency with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office; ability to read submittals and one-line drawings a plus.\nCertifications & Training\nCAPM or PMP a plus.\nAdditional or different duties may be assigned occasionally at employer’s discretion.\nWhy Join Us:At CORE Transformers, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact from day one.
