As we expand our operations, we are committed to assembling an amazing project management team to support our ambitious goals.\nIf you enjoy taking ownership, solving problems, and turning complex requirements into successful deliveries, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact.\nPlease be advised that CORE does not offer sponsorship to work in the U.S.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn project delivery:Manage schedules, scope, budgets, and milestones to deliver projects on time and meet customer expectations.\nBuild strong customer relationships:Serve as a primary customer contact, providing clear updates, managing expectations, and resolving escalations.\nConnect teams:Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth handoffs and execution.\nManage technical details:Coordinate submittals, manufacturing drawings, revisions, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle.\nProtect project performance:Identify risks, track costs and profitability, and manage scope changes with discipline.\nImprove how work gets done:Strengthen project plans, reporting, and processes to reduce delays and improve delivery predictability.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nFive or more years of project, program, or operations leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, electrical products, or an engineered-to-order environment.\nA bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field; PMP certification or an MBA is a plus.\nA track record of managing complex projects with multiple units, extended timelines, and firm deadlines.\nStrong leadership, organization, communication, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to influence across teams.\nWorking knowledge of ERP/CRM workflows, supply chain fundamentals, and manufacturing processes.\nA hands-on approach and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, growing business.\nAvailability for occasional travel of less than 10%.\nBenefits:\nQuarterly bonus package\nMedical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance\n401(k) with company match\nPTO & paid holidays\nWhy Join Us:At CORE Transformers, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact from day one.
