Visit coreandmain.com to learn more.\nJob Summary\nResponsible for the accounting and administration of company incentive compensation programs, which involves gathering disparate data from various data sources, analyzing and normalizing to ensure data integrity for analysis. Provide consistent, relevant, and accurate data as well as guidance/knowledge of the data and definitions that are available for analysis.\nMajor Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities\nProvide support on incentive compensation plan options to ensure internal equity and standardization while driving company initiatives.\nAssists with developing and reviewing pro forma analysis on requested changes and additions to incentive plans to show overall financial impact.\nAssists with updating incentive plans and maintaining files of signed documents.\nAssists with compilation of monthly reports to plan participants and management recapping actual performance and payout amounts.\nPerforms system maintenance as needed to reflect changes in incentive plans. Communicates changes to plans to appropriate parties. Analyzes system needs and recommends future changes and/or upgrades.\nGathers and compiles raw data, conducts research for industry trends and benchmarks, and normalizes data to be incorporated into a centralized format.\nProvides recommendations based on findings and analysis. Provides input on policies and procedures.\nAssists in identifying and implementing process improvements for Incentive Compensation team.\nParticipates in department and interdepartmental projects.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nPreferred Qualifications\nRobust financial modeling and analysis skills.\nBachelor’s degree or certification in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred.\nExperience administering incentive plans across a large multi-state organization.\nExperience with Alteryx, Workday HCM and/or Xactly Sales Performance Management Platform.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nThis information indicates the general nature and level of work performed by associates in this role.
