Visit coreandmain.com to learn more.\nJob Summary\nResponsible for developing and managing project plans, coordinating project activities, working with project team resources required to complete projects within defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. Coordinate a set of project activities from inception through completion - assisting integration leaders with day to day tasks, project workplan maintenance, coordination and facilitation of meetings, development and publish of status reporting and general project management activities.\nMajor Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities\nReports to the Director of Integration, supports all integration projects from a coordination perspective\nDevelop new systems; techniques and procedures for automated planning systems, reporting, issue resolution, risk management and budget tracking.\nWorks with project team to drive accuracy of report outs, maintenance of ongoing workplans, and monitors overall health of projects\nReview plans and schedules of other participating functions for compliance with the master schedule; resolve scheduling and inter-functional conflicts.\nParticipate in or lead daily, weekly or monthly meetings. Review to track and report project status, identifying deviations or adverse trends.\nTracks and oversees project costs against project budgets \nMinimum Qualifications\nMust be a minimum of 18 years of age or older\nMust pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicable\nPreferred Qualifications\nBS/BA in a related discipline\n1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles\n1-3 years of experience in working with cross functional teams\nPMP or relevant certification preferred but not required based on experience\nProject management skills\nStrong Excel skills\nEmpathetic communication skills\nSalary: $65k-85k commensurate with experience\nCore & Main is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
