We are looking for a dependable, enthusiastic individual to help establish our local presence. Applicants\nwith practical skills gained through other routes are also welcome.\n• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, computer hardware and internet troubleshooting.\n• Clear spoken and written English and a polite, helpful manner.\n• Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.\n• The discipline to work reliably from home during agreed hours.\n• A suitable home workspace and reliable internet access.\n• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.\n• Integrity, respect for confidentiality and an eagerness to learn.\nPrevious IT support, customer service or Microsoft 365 experience would be an advantage.\nTravel arrangements\nThis role is primarily home-based. Candidates should budget for transport to local customer visits from their salary.
