The ideal candidate should have a strong development background and be hands-on in programming (Go or Python preferred).\n\nAs Tech Lead at Coredge, you will help develop our next-generation cloud native core solution along with the product and the open-source community to build the Coredge.io vision.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead from the front and mentor junior SDEs.\n\n- Act as a feature owner and be responsible for leading the development of multiple features.\n\n- Participate in code reviews and set high standards and best practices.\n\n- Own design, development, scalability of features/micro-services.\n\n- Take responsibility for customer deliverables, ensure quality and adherence to timelines.\n\n- Be a quick learner and the ideal candidate should have a strong technical background able to work in a fast-paced manner.\n\n- Act as a single point of contact to manage customer and internal management.\n\n- Mentor and build a strong team, participate in hiring and appraisals.\n\n- Create prototypes and proofs-of-concept for iterative development.\n\nQualifications :\n\n- Proficiency in any programming language - 7+ years of experience.\n\n- Basic understanding of Operating system and data structures.\n\n- Good understanding of K8s, any cloud (AWS/OpenStack).\n\n- Experience in any CI/CD tool - GitHub/Argo workflow, Argo CD, Jenkins.\n\n- Exposure to TDD and implementation of unit test framework.\n\n- Knowledge of REST APIs and frameworks.\n\n- Hands-on in any database - Redis/Click house/MongoDB/PostgreSQL.\n\n- Basic understanding of kubectl CLI, helm, docker, Linux.\n\n- Experience in building production grade and scalable micro-services.\n\n- Experience in implementing authentication and authorization frameworks and using frameworks like Keycloak, ADFS, Okta.\n\n- Any open-source contribution is a plus.\n\nSoft Skills :\n\n- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n\n- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.\n\n- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.\n\nWhat we offer :\n\n- Innovative Work Environment: At Coredge, we foster creativity and encourage innovation, allowing our employees to work on cutting-edge cloud and AI technologies.\n\n- Growth Opportunities: We prioritize continuous learning and professional development through our structured career paths, mentorship programs, and regular sessions focused on industry trends.\n\n- Inclusive and Collaborative Culture: Coredge values teamwork, diversity, and inclusion.
