We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to support the reliability, functionality and quality of technology platforms, system integrations and reporting infrastructure.\nThe successful candidate will work with technology and operations teams to validate system functionality, investigate technical issues and maintain the quality and reliability of business-critical systems.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nReview system specifications, business requirements and technical documentation to develop appropriate test plans and test cases.\nConduct functional, integration, regression and system testing for technology platforms and related applications.\nValidate data accuracy, system outputs, reporting functions and interfaces between integrated systems.\nIdentify, document, track and retest software defects and technical issues.\nWork with developers, system engineers and operations personnel to investigate root causes and verify corrective actions.\nPerform system verification following software updates, configuration changes and integration releases.\nMonitor system performance and assist in investigating incidents affecting platform functionality or data integrity.\nPrepare test reports, maintain quality documentation and recommend improvements to testing procedures.\nSupport continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and system reliability.\nJob Requirements:\nDiploma or equivalent qualification\nRelevant experience in quality assurance, software testing, system validation or technical support.\nUnderstanding of software testing methodologies, defect life cycle management and test documentation.\nAbility to analyze technical issues, validate system behavior and communicate findings clearly.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with system integrations, data validation, reporting systems or financial technology platforms would be advantageous where relevant to the
