This role involves performing inspections, analyzing quality data, and supporting the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and process performance.\nThe Quality Technician supports product reliability initiatives by identifying root causes of nonconforming products and process deviations, and by facilitating effective corrective and preventive actions. The position is also responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and interpreting Statistical Process Control (SPC) data for assigned products and manufacturing processes to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.\nAdditionally, the Quality Technician collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, support continuous improvement efforts, and ensure compliance with company quality requirements.
