Here’s a closer look at the role, what we’re looking for, and what you’ll take away from it.\nThe role\nDesign, build, and integrate AI agents and harnesses that support the CorelDRAW development team.\nApply AI to the daily developer workflow - assisted code review, unit test generation to improve coverage, and faster debugging - and help shape how the team adopts these tools.\nSupport AI initiatives across the wider development organization and share what you learn with the team.\nTake part in daily scrum to plan and deliver new features.\nExplore emerging AI tools and practices, and present promising ones to the team for adoption.\nWhat you’ll take away\nA six-month internship should leave you with more than a line on your résumé. Here’s what we’ll make sure you leave with:\nReal experience in a large, mature C++ codebase - the kind most developers don’t touch until years into their career.\nPractical judgment about AI-assisted development: where agents genuinely accelerate work, and where they quietly create problems.\nA mentor on the CorelDRAW team, regular feedback, and code reviews that make you better.\nWork that shipped, and the story of how you got it there.\nWhat we’re looking for\nCreative, curious, and genuinely passionate about software development.\nA collaborator who is motivated by technical challenges, creative in solving them, and interested in new ways to help people create, collaborate, and do their best work.\nA working foundation in C++ - coursework or personal projects are plenty.
