Core One is a team-oriented, dynamic, and growing company that values exceptional performance!\n*This position requires a TS/SCI w/ Polygraph* \nResponsibilities:\nSupport operational requirements by providing interface between sponsor equities in the field, at home, and with other agencies on various geographic and transnational issues.\nMaintain partnerships across the intelligence community and partner departments to deconflict and align missions.\nApply counterintelligence and security protocols to safeguard personnel and sensitive assets in high-threat environments.\nSupport the coordination and execution of operational taskings and cross-functional projects.\nAssist in the planning, management, and successful execution of complex initiatives and strategic projects.\nConduct research and analysis to develop assessments and provide well-informed recommendations to support senior leadership decision-making.\nPrepare and deliver briefings, presentations, and reports while providing expert guidance and advisory support on project activities and initiatives.\nLevels:\nLevel 3: Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant professional experience.\nLevel 4: Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of relevant professional experience.\nLevel 5: Bachelor’s degree and at least 20 years of relevant professional experience. \n*Note: 5 additional years of experience can be applied in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree*\nQualifications:\nDemonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.\nProficiency in Sponsor research tools, methodologies, and analytical techniques.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, interpret research findings, and develop actionable insights.\nProven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.\nExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across diverse stakeholders.\nAdvanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nOutstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.\nDesired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in related field.\nExtensive experience in intelligence operations, intelligence analysis, and direct support to field operations, with the ability to integrate intelligence into operational planning and execution.\nStrong knowledge of counterintelligence principles, risk management methodologies, and threat mitigation strategies to support operational security and mission success.\nProven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across the Intelligence Community (IC) and other U.S. Government (USG) agencies, fostering coordination and information sharing in support of operational objectives.\nSecurity Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph\nSalary Range: $140,000 - $215,000\nThe pay range reflected above is a general guideline for this position and labor category and is not a guarantee of a specific salary or offer.
