Core One is a team-oriented, dynamic, and growing company that values exceptional performance!\n*This position requires TS/SCI w/ Polygraph* \nResponsibilities:\nProvide systems engineering and technical leadership for complex mission systems and communications capabilities.\nIntegrate, administer, and maintain communications, beaconing, tracking, and ATAK-based solutions.\nConfigure and support mobile devices, cloud infrastructure, networks, VPNs, encryption technologies, and associated systems.\nGather, analyze, and validate technical requirements and identify solutions and constraints supporting mission and training needs.\nSupport system Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities and ensure compliance with applicable security and data-handling requirements.\nTroubleshoot and maintain integrated systems to maximize availability, reliability, and mission effectiveness.\nCoordinate with technical teams, end users, and Sponsor stakeholders to implement and sustain technical solutions.\nDevelop technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge-sharing practices to support continuity of operations.\nQualifications:\nDemonstrated experience configuring, set up, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting LAN equipment such as, but not limited to, firewalls, switches, and routers.\nDemonstrated experience managing physical and virtual beacon and communications servers, applications, and equipment, ensuring maximum reliability of tracking solutions for training course attendees.\nDemonstrated experience delivering hands-on and lecture-based training sessions using a variety of teaching methods and techniques.\nDemonstrated experience creating, changing, adding, removing, and maintaining user accounts, via script and coding, of the beacon and communication servers, applications and equipment.\nDemonstrated experience maintaining maximum system uptime and stability.\nDesired Qualifications:\nDemonstrated experience with Sponsor’s Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes.\nDemonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of Sponsor personnel.\nDemonstrated experience using communication tools including push-to-talk technology.\nDemonstrated experience using map imagery applications.\nDemonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft cloud-based tools including Office 365, Azure, Entra, and Teams.\nSecurity Clearance:\nTS/SCI w/ Polygraph\nLevels:\nDevelopmental: <3 YOE\nFull Performance: 3 YOE\nSenior: 6 YOE\nExpert: 11 YOE\nManager: 16 YOE\nSME: 16 YOE\nSalary Range: $110,000 - $215,000; dependent on level\nThe pay range reflected above is a general guideline for this position and labor category and is not a guarantee of a specific salary or offer.
