This position requires a TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nMaintain a strong awareness of technical trends in information technology, develop as well as maintain a strong awareness of on-going IT projects, and business unit requirements\nApply the project management model (e.g. Spiral, Waterfall, Agile) selected for a given development effort\nProvide analysis, design, development, deployment, and lifecycle support for innovative hardware systems and applications\nAbility to develop end-to-end cost analysis for projects; ensure systems being developed comply with the enterprise technical architecture\nAssist the project and program teams to prepare for CIO Project Management Program control gates\nKeep senior management apprised of project or program status Assignments may include leading teams consisting of contractor personnel\n Requirements:\nActive TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance\nAn Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to eighteen (18) months specialized experience\nA Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to three (3) years specialized experience (total equivalency is not cumulative when combined with an Associate’s degree)\nA Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to two (2) years specialized experience (up to a total of five (5) years when combined with a Bachelor’s)\nA Doctorate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline related to the specific skill will be considered equivalent to two (2) years specialized experience (up to a total of seven (7) years when combined with a Master’s and a Bachelor’s)\nProfessional years of experience may be substituted for specialized years of experience at a ratio of three (3) years of general experience within an occupation for one (1) year of specialized experience\nRelevant certifications will be considered equivalent to three (3) months of specialized experience\nLevels:\nDevelopmental: <3 YOE\nFull Performance: 3 YOE\nSenior: 6 YOE\nExpert: 11 YOE\nManager: 16 YOE\nSME: 16 YOE\nSalary Range: $110,000 - $215,000; dependent on level\nThe pay range reflected above is a general guideline for this position and labor category and is not a guarantee of a specific salary or offer.
