Our goal is software that's as easy to use as the modern apps you rely on every day.\nAbout the role\nAs our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll run our paid ads, website and email campaigns across every region, and tell us what's working (and what isn't). Your challenge is marketing like a modern SaaS company to a traditional industry, in a way that lands with the people who run drilling programs. You'll be based in our downtown Vancouver office.\nWhat you'll do\nWebsite and AEO\nOwn the website and set its direction, from design and process to regular refreshes\n\nTurn more visitors into leads as our product and messaging evolve\n\nMake sure we show up in search and LLMs through SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)\n\nPaid media and campaigns\nRun paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads and Meta across all our regions, including budgets and targeting\n\nBuild targeted audience lists with enrichment tools like Clay\n\nBrief and test ad creative with our content and brand team\n\nBuild email nurture tracks and automated workflows in HubSpot\n\nTracking and reporting\nSet up the tracking and dashboards that show what's working in each region, from spend to pipeline\n\nWork with RevOps on attribution and marketing's contribution to pipeline\n\nKeep testing ads, landing pages and emails, and share what we learn\n\nYou'll use AI tools across all of this to move faster and ship more.\n\nWhat you'll need\n4+ years in digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech\n\nHands-on experience running LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads\n\nExperience managing a website in a CMS (Webflow preferred)\n\nExperience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform\n\nConfidence with tracking, attribution and testing, using tools like GA4, Google Search Console and Semrush or Ahrefs\n\nDaily use of AI tools and workflows in your work\n\nStrong opinions on web design and website tech, and the ability to back them up\n\nComfortable working with a manager on the other side of the world\n\nFull working rights to work in Canada\n\nNice to have\nExperience with Figma or Canva\n\nExperience marketing to technical or industrial buyers\n\nExperience marketing into Latin America, or Spanish language skills\n\nCuriosity about mining and drilling (we'll teach you the lingo)\n\nDon't tick every box?
