As a Regional Coordination Centre (RCC), Coreso plays a crucial role in coordinating high-voltage electricity flows for European Transmission System Operators (TSOs), ensuring the security of electricity supply on a regional basis.\nTo support our mission, we are looking for a Shift Coordinator to join our Operations team, with a focus on efficient coordination and administrative management of Control Room operations. This is not an operator role but a coordinator that will ensure appropriate staffing levels, compliance with internal policies and procedures, and smooth collaboration between Operations, HR, Office Management and external stakeholders.\nWho are we looking for?\nResponsibilities\nManage the day-to-day Control Room shift roster.\n\nProcess and implement shift change requests from operators and management.\n\nEnsure compliance with working time regulations, internal policies and staffing requirements.\n\nMonitor resource allocation to guarantee adequate operational coverage.\n\nCoordinate and report operator overtime requirements and associated compensation requests.\n\nManage access and visits to the Control Room and Operations floor.\n\nPrepare agendas and logistics for Operations team meetings.\n\nFacilitate onboarding activities for new operators.\n\nServe as liaison between Operations, HR, Training teams and external stakeholders.\n\nMaintain Operations’ SharePoint documentation and communications.\n\nConsolidate and distribute weekly Control Room performance reports.\n\nSupport process improvements and reporting quality.\n\nSkills \nExperience with Workforce planning, Resource & Operational coordination\n\nExperience with Operational Administration & governance\n\nStrong communications skills and stakeholder management.\n\nStrong interest in Reporting, data quality & continuous improvement\n\nAdvanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word…) and SharePoint.\n\nFluent English. Any additional European language is an asset\n\nTechnical expertise is not required.
