This role requires exceptional organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once in a fast-paced environment.\nLocation\nCorestream is headquartered in Tampa, FL, but with a significant population of remote employees based all over the country, being based in Tampa is not a requirement to apply! \nResponsibilities:\nServe as the main point of contact for Account Managers on client marketing needs, coordinating deliverables and timelines across multiple stakeholders.\nPartner with Account Managers to identify and develop new campaign and engagement opportunities.\nManage numerous concurrent client campaigns, maintaining detailed tracking and ensuring deadlines and approvals are met.\nSupport the execution and reporting of digital and print marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail, and educational materials.\nCollect, proof, and update marketing content (no heavy copywriting required).\nMaintain accurate project notes and updates within shared tracking systems.\nMeasure and report on campaign performance, review results to identify trends, insights, and actionable opportunities to improve engagement and enrollment outcomes.\nReview marketing and campaign data to identify opportunities to refine communications based on audience behavior, performance trends, and client or product needs.\nHelp develop more targeted communications by applying audience personas, segmentation, personalization, and messaging tailored to employees’ needs and interests.\nRecommend and support tests or optimizations-such as targeted language, content variations, and communication timing-to improve campaign effectiveness and continuously enhance results.\nRecipe for Success:\n4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management. \nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail. \nStrong organizational and communication skills; able to prioritize effectively under pressure. \nExperience with digital and print marketing deliverables. \nFamiliarity with Adobe products (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). \nFamiliarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). \nAbility to proof and edit copy for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency. \nBasic HTML knowledge a plus. \nAnalytical mindset with a focus on interpreting performance data, identifying opportunities, and improving results. \nThrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic team environment. \nCherries on Top\nExperience with voluntary benefits (e.g., critical illness, accident insurance, legal plans, pet insurance, etc.). \nExperience at a technology or SaaS company. \nPrior experience in eCommerce or B2C marketing. \nCorestream helps employers offer voluntary benefits without the burden.
