Responsibilities\nClient Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor by conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting solutions to both technical and business audiences.\n Data Platform Development: Design and implement Azure-based data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, and Azure database systems (SQL, Cosmos DB, Postgres).\nData Engineering: Build robust ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and integrate large volumes of structured and unstructured data from diverse sources.\nAI Integration: Leverage Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, and Cognitive Services to deliver intelligent business solutions.\nSolution Architecture Support: Collaborate with architects to design scalable, secure, and high-performance Azure Data & AI architectures.\n DevOps & Automation: Implement version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automation using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Infrastructure as Code tools (Bicep, Terraform).\nData Governance & Security: Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security requirements including RBAC, encryption, and identity management.\nAnalytics & Visualization: Develop advanced reporting and interactive dashboards with Power BI to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.\nKnowledge Sharing: Mentor junior team members, contribute to internal best practices, and stay current with Azure Data & AI innovations.\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI, with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure.\nStrong proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python for data processing and AI tasks.\nHands-on experience with at least two Azure data services such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Azure SQL, or Cosmos DB.\nFamiliarity with AI services in Azure, including Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and Cognitive Services.\nExperience developing Power BI solutions for advanced analytics and data storytelling.\nUnderstanding of modern data architectures including data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time streaming solutions.\nKnowledge of data governance, data quality, and security best practices.\nStrong communication and presentation skills for client-facing engagements.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.\nPreferred:\nExperience with event-driven architectures using Azure Event Hub, Service Bus, or Kafka.\nFamiliarity with distributed computing and performance optimization in Databricks/Spark environments.\nExperience with consulting or client-facing project delivery.\nExposure to ML Ops practices and operationalizing machine learning models.\nAzure certifications such as Azure Data
