This role will have you traveling to local client locations throughout the Tampa Bay/Oldsmar Area and working closely with clients at all levels, including executives.\nThe ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role will involve providing onsite and remote IT support to our clients, handling a broad range of technologies including Windows operating systems, networking, Microsoft 365, Azure, and server infrastructure.\nAs a Level 1 Engineer, you will provide onsite and remote support for a broad range of technical issues, ensure seamless customer communications, and contribute to maintaining a high standard of ‘white glove’ service for clients. The position also includes participation in an on-call rotation.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nCommunicate with clients on-site (desktop support) to resolve technical issues and close tickets\nUtilize very strong knowledge of Windows desktop troubleshooting to assist clients with connectivity, printing, customization, user profile and applications\nProvide strong Microsoft Office and Mobile Device troubleshooting to resolve client issues\nTroubleshoot backup solutions, mail-flow, and Exchange DAG\nUtilize working knowledge and experience with exchange configuration and troubleshooting to support clients\nDeploy new hardware using Imaging technology\nResponsible for user account management in Active Directory, Entra, Exchange, spam filter, and other platforms. This includes: creation, removal, changes, password resets, and bulk operations\nUtilize strong working knowledge of Corporate Networking and Services to provide client support. This includes configuring switches. It also includes troubleshooting DHCP servers, local DNS, external name resolution issues, AD replication, and VPN\nPerform after hours/on-call work as needed for on-site support and infrastructure/server maintenance\nWhat You Bring to the Table:\n2+ years of related work experience\nProficient in Azure Environments and MS365 Administration\nAbility to effectively multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while producing high-quality results\nAbility to follow and adhere to a defined process \nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal \nMust be customer focused and able to serve as a Strategic Partner to our clients\n\nWhat We Bring to the Table:\n\nSalary Range\nThe reasonably expected annual base compensation range for this position is $63,700-$74,000.
