Candidates must be comfortable with occasional travel, sometimes to unfamiliar parts of the world. \nThis position is primarily a functional consultant role, focusing on client engagement, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration and user adoption, rather than deep technical development. \nSalary offered will commensurate with experience.\nOur Benefits: \n18 days annual leave \nCorporate Group Insurance coverage including group term life, group accidental death and dismemberment, group hospital and surgical, outpatient clinical, specialist and dental (subject to insurer limits and terms and conditions) \nResponsibilities: \nManaging client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, including giving expert guidance, aligning deliverables with business objectives, providing regular updates, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and issue(s) resolution \n\nConfigure and implement CoreTRM successfully for clients \n\nGather, understand and document client requirements \n\nIdentify any gaps and determine appropriate solutions \n\nExtend the core product using the data model and the scripting extensions \n\nDesign and configure interfaces to other applications \n\nFacilitate and ensure user acceptance and smooth adoption \n\nDeliver training sessions for end-users \n\nRaise and manage change requests for platform enhancements \n\nLiaise with CoreTRM product developers to design and test enhancements \n\nFollow CoreTRM standards, procedures and policies \n\nProvide ongoing support to clients when required \n\nAssist in preparation of materials for sales demo or new SOW (Statement of Work) when required \n\nAny other ad-hoc duties when required \n\nMentor a group of junior consultants, providing them with appropriate guidance and hands-on training \n\nTravel to or based at client sites locally or overseas when required \n\nRequirements: \nAt least 5 years of proven experience in IT project delivery, ideally with exposure to similar C/ETRM projects \n\nClient-facing project experience, with a track record of managing stakeholders \n\nDemonstrated ability to be hands-on \n\nAble to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines \n\nProblem solving skills;
