Learn more at www.coreweave.com.\nAbout the Team\nCoreWeave's Engaged Accounts team manages and grows a book of active, billing customers across infrastructure and software. The team is built to deepen existing customer relationships, protect revenue, and expand consumption through a portfolio model supported by technical and cross-functional specialists.\nThe Account Manager owns a portfolio of 15-30 active customer accounts spanning CoreWeave infrastructure and Weights & Biases software. This role is responsible for the day-to-day health, retention, renewal, and expansion of those accounts.\nThis is a customer-facing role for someone who can manage a book of business while driving commercial execution across infrastructure and software motions. The right candidate will build durable, multi-threaded relationships, manage renewals and expansions, and coordinate internal resources to keep customers successful and growing.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn and grow a portfolio of 15-30 billing customers across CoreWeave infrastructure and Weights & Biases software.\nDrive expansion, and retention across your book, protecting and growing recurring revenue.\nIdentify, shape, negotiate, and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts.\nBuild and maintain multi-threaded relationships across technical and business stakeholders within each customer.\nMonitor account health, usage, and consumption trends, and drive adoption to reduce churn risk.\nOrchestrate CoreWeave resources - Solutions Architects, Technical Solutions Managers, support, and product specialists - to resolve issues and unlock growth across your portfolio.\nLead commercial conversations and negotiations for renewals and expansions across infrastructure and software.\nForecast and report on portfolio revenue, renewals, and expansion pipeline against your targets.\nPartner cross-functionally with Technical, Business Development, Professional Services, and Partners to deliver customer outcomes.\nQualifications:\n6+ years of sales, account management, or customer-facing commercial experience in cloud, infrastructure, SaaS, AI platform, or related technology markets.\nExperience managing a book or portfolio of multiple active customer accounts simultaneously.\nDemonstrated track record of driving retention, renewals, and expansion revenue.\nExperience negotiating and closing commercial deals, including renewals and upsell/expansion.\nComfortable working across both infrastructure and SaaS/software motions.\nExperience consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with cloud platforms, hyperscalers, AI infrastructure, or adjacent software platforms.\nExperience managing both infrastructure and SaaS customers within the same book of business.\nFamiliarity with consumption- or usage-based revenue models.\nFamiliarity with large-scale compute, bare metal, inference, or AI platform offerings.\nWondering if you're a good fit?\nYou may be a strong fit if:\nYou naturally look around corners to find new ways to engage and support customers.\nYou are energized by using technology to solve meaningful business problems with customer impact.\nYou can balance commercial rigor with strong relationship management across a high-volume book.\nYou are comfortable operating with ownership, ambiguity, and a high bar for customer outcomes.\nWhy CoreWeave?\nAt CoreWeave, we work hard, have fun, and move fast! Come join us!\nThe base salary range for this role is $127,000 to $168,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
