Learn more at www.coreweave.com.\nAbout the Team\nThe IT GTM Systems team owns the architecture, administration, and continuous improvement of the go-to-market technology stack that powers CoreWeave’s Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Deal Desk functions. We partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external implementation partners to design scalable Salesforce-based solutions that support CoreWeave’s rapid growth, including billing integrations, multi-org consolidation, international expansion, and compliance initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs a Business Systems Engineer (GTM), you’ll join the IT GTM Systems team as a hands-on Salesforce developer and administrator. You’ll help build, configure, and maintain the Salesforce ecosystem that supports CoreWeave’s GTM organization while translating business requirements into scalable, well-architected solutions.\nDesign, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions, including flows, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts, permission sets, and other declarative configurations, to support GTM business processes.\nPartner with RevOps, Marketing Operations, Legal, Finance, Deal Desk, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.\nPerform day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user management, data quality, security and access controls, and system health monitoring.\nSupport and contribute to larger GTM systems initiatives, including billing integrations, multi-org consolidation, international and multi-currency expansion, and compliance projects.\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues by identifying root causes and implementing durable fixes.\nCollaborate with external implementation partners and consultants to support project delivery.\nWrite and maintain clear technical documentation for solutions, processes, and configurations.\nParticipate in testing, quality assurance, and change management processes to support high-quality, SOX-compliant releases.\nCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear status updates and surfacing risks proactively.\nQualifications\n2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and/or administration, ideally supporting a GTM, Sales, or RevOps organization.\nStrong working knowledge of core Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Flow and process automation, validation rules, permission sets and profiles, reports and dashboards, and data management.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with business and technical partners.\nStrong team player with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.\nDetail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.\nPreferred Skills\nSalesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 or equivalent).\nSalesforce Platform Developer I certification.\nWorking knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, or other Salesforce development tools.\nExperience supporting Salesforce integrations, multi-org environments, international expansion, or multi-currency implementations.\nExperience working in a SOX-controlled environment or supporting formal change management and release processes.\nWhy CoreWeave?\nAt CoreWeave, we work hard, have fun, and move fast! Come join us!\nThe base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $160,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
