Learn more at www.coreweave.com.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nOur Data Center Operations team is responsible for maintaining the availability, reliability, and performance of CoreWeave’s data center environments. This team supports the hardware and infrastructure that power our services, ensuring critical systems remain operational in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.\nAbout the role:\nAs a Data Center Technician, you will help ensure the overall availability and reliability of data center operations. This is a hands-on role focused on hardware and network diagnostics, physical repair, and support of mission-critical infrastructure. You will work onsite at one of our data center locations and may participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours operational needs.\nIn this role, you will:\nMaintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability\nConduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs\nPerform root cause analysis of hardware and software failures\nTrain internal teams\nDevelop documentation\nProvide technical support to data center teams\nDevelop scripts to update server and networking hardware\nMaintain inventory\nAssemble and install equipment\nPerform maintenance of test and tool equipment\nTravel up to 10% of the time to other data center locations as required by business needs\nRespond to on-site equipment failures or emergencies within 60 minutes while scheduled on-call\nWho You Are:\nExperience with computer hardware troubleshooting and assembly\nExperience working with Linux operating systems\nAbility to regularly transport and position equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing diagnostic and repair tasks\nAbility to maneuver in cramped or elevated spaces, including under-floor areas or on ladders, to access server racks\nAbility to perform tasks requiring fine motor skills, including handling small hardware components and cables\nAvailability to work a flexible schedule within a 24/7 environment, including participation in a rotating on-call shift\nExperience in data center environments\nExperience with computer networking\nExperience with Python, Bash, or other scripting languages\nExperience with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS\nAssociate’s degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related field\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position\nWondering if you’re a good fit? Come join us!\nThe base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $83,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location.
