Learn more at www.coreweave.com.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nThe Data Center Technician must work well with others and will help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels of data center operations. This position is a full-time, salaried exempt, 100% in-person role at our new Ellendale, ND Data Center that involves hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repair and may include participation in an on-call rotation. \nMaintain data center operations to ensure availability and reliability of service levels\nConduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs\nRoot cause analysis of hardware and software failures\nTraining of internal teams\nDevelopment of documentation\nProvide technical support to data center teams\nDevelopment of scripts to update server and networking hardware\nMaintain inventory\nAssemble and install equipment\nPerform maintenance of test and tools equipment\nOccasional travel to other data centers as needed\nAbout the role:\nComputer Hardware experience (troubleshooting, assembling)\nLinux Operating System experience\nAll physical requirements are expected with reasonable accommodations\nCandidates should be able to lift up to 50lbs and/or work in elevated locations\nAbility to work in an environment that operates 24/7 with an ability to participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed\nExcellent time management, organizational and communication skills\nMust be able to prioritize tasks and react quickly to issues\nWho You Are:\nHands-on OR educational based experience with any of the following areas:\nComputer Hardware, including troubleshooting and repair skills experience\n3+ years of data center experience\nComputer Networking experience\nPython, Bash or other scripting languages experience\nExperience with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS\nAn Associates Degree or equivalent experience in an IT related field\nThe base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $85,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
