Learn more at www.coreweave.com.\nAbout the role: \nAs a Data Center Facilities Technical Manager, you will spearhead the development and implementation of best-in-class technical operational processes and procedures for our data center clients. Your day-to-day will involve ensuring consistent, high-quality technical service delivery, maintaining 100% uptime, and achieving client SLAs across our portfolio. You will play a key role in shaping our technical approach, managing vendor contracts, and driving continuous improvement within our Data Center Operations organization.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nProvide strategic and operational support on processes and standards across the local data center portfolio.\nContinually evaluate and improve technical operational processes and procedures in collaboration with the team.\nReview, comment on, and approve High-Risk emergency operating procedures for clients.\nManage technical library content and structure to ensure global accessibility and relevance.\nAudit processes and procedures (PPM system, reporting, statutory files) to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.\nReview operational procedural documents from commissioning documentation and site drawings.\nReview critical facilities operation procedural documents based on commissioning documentation and site drawings.\nExecute operational and performance risk assessments.\nWork with the Operations Team to develop, track, and maintain procedures and policies.\nLead by example, embodying CoreWeave values, and influence others to adopt best practices.\nIdentify and solve complex technical and operational problems with a broad understanding of departmental impact.\nDrive improvements and changes to existing methods, processes, and standards within the technical discipline.\nWho You Are:\nExperience in developing and maintaining standardized technical operational processes and procedures.\nExperience providing strategic and operational support on processes and standards across a data center portfolio.\nProven track record in evaluating and improving technical operational processes and procedures.\nTechnical knowledge of High-Risk emergency operating procedures and Data Center compliance standards.\nFamiliarity with critical facilities commissioning standards and operations procedural documents.\nExperience executing operational and performance risk assessments.\nAbility to solve complex technical and operational problems with a broad understanding of departmental impact.\nPreferred:\nSpecific experience with large-scale AI hyperscale environments.\nAdvanced certifications in Data Center Management or relevant engineering disciplines.\nWondering if you’re a good fit? The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
