Learn more at www.coreweave.com.\nAbout the Team\nThe Manager of CPU Product Finance will be a key strategic partner to the Product and Engineering teams at CoreWeave. This role is responsible for leading pricing exercises, long range planning across the CPU organization, providing detailed power growth assumptions, topline and product mix forecasts, capacity & infrastructure requirements, and strategic analysis to support the product and engineering organizations and the overall growth trajectory of the company. This role will be a critical leader to ensure proper financial reporting, defining success criteria and launch metrics, as well as leadership to support ongoing initiatives and new product introductions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead FP&A processes for the CPU product organization, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.\nFinancial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.\nStrategic Partnership: Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to provide impact analysis of key decisions, tradeoffs, and product strategy.\nRisk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the proper financial controls on all CPU investments.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including capacity, infrastructure, and operations to support overall business goals.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.\nExperience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within cloud.\nStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nProven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.\nIn-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.\nWhy CoreWeave?\nAt CoreWeave, we work hard, have fun, and move fast! Come join us!\nThe base salary range for this role is $127,000 to $168,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
