Learn more at www.coreweave.com.\nAbout the Team\nThe Risk Management team sits within the Treasury department and manages CoreWeave’s insurance programs, claims reporting, and exposure aggregation as the company scales. \nWe are seeking a high-performing, self-sufficient Analyst to join the team. This position reports to the Senior Global Risk Manager and will support the management of CoreWeave’s insurance programs, claims reporting, exposure aggregation, and other ad-hoc projects. A high level of ownership will be required, as well as the capacity to develop and document scalable processes. You will partner closely with internal teams including Legal, FP&A, Accounts Payable, and EH&S, and you will manage external insurance relationships to facilitate the company’s rapid growth. This position will be based in either Manhattan, NY or Livingston, NJ.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist in the renewal of CoreWeave insurance policies (D&O, property, casualty, and other lines as needed).\nGather exposure information for insurance renewals as required, ensure accuracy of information reported, and provide variance analysis for year-over-year changes.\nReport and manage claims for property insurance, casualty insurance, and management liability.\nProcess timely payments for insurance policies and broker fees as needed.\nLead policy audits for applicable policies and ensure proper compliance.\nManage the certificates of insurance process and issue certificates to vendors and partners as needed.\nMaintain a system of policies and procedures that imposes an adequate level of control over treasury activities.\nVerify transaction information, schedule and prepare disbursements, and obtain authorization of payment.\nDevelop repeatable and scalable processes for risk management to innovate and improve operations for risk management and insurance.\nAdministrative work and special projects as assigned.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree, or relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.\n1-2+ years of insurance experience with a broker, carrier, TPA, or agency, or an undergraduate degree in risk and insurance or finance.\nMaster proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets, including data manipulation.\nHighly articulate, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.\nHighest standards of accuracy and precision, and highly organized.\nPreferred Skills:\nAn extreme level of ownership: you get into the details and get the job done while keeping sight of the bigger picture.\nAbility to think creatively, with a builder’s mindset and ambition.\nCollaboratively focused, and able to work well with others in a fast-paced and ever-changing business.\nComfortable completing projects that require individual initiative and flexibility in tight time frames with minimal supervision.\nAble to handle multiple priorities and thrive in the ambiguity and open space that comes with a fast-growing organization.\nWhy CoreWeave?\nAt CoreWeave, we work hard, have fun, and move fast! Come join us!\nThe base salary range for this role is $83,000 to $110,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
