Learn more at www.coreweave.com.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nThe operations accounting organization at CoreWeave performs operational accounting, control, reporting, and compliance for the critical AI infrastructure of our rapidly scaling AI cloud business. The team manages a variety of core accounting and reporting processes and controls globally and partners with Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, FP&A, and other accounting teams to perform accounting and reporting for company’s compute and supporting assets. The group partners to develop and operationalize accounting and reporting processes to enable visibility, control, and confident decisions. The group collaborates with stakeholders to quickly find solutions to challenging problems to enable hyper growth. \nAbout the role:\nManage internally labor capitalization processes supporting both internal software development and fit out of data centers.\nPrepare reporting and analysis on capital expenditures to inform senior leader and drive operational decisions..\nManage power accrual and data reporting processes.\nEnhance processes for scalability and greater automation.\nCollaborate with operational stakeholders to stay ahead of emerging issues.\nWho You Are: \n6+ years’ accounting and financial reporting experience with experience\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent) required\nProfessional qualification (e.g., ACA/CPA/CMA/CA) required\nComfortable with large data sets and finding ways to simplify information\nNetSuite experience preferred.\nProcess- and data-driven with strong analytical judgment; proactive, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.\nExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.\nWondering if you’re a good fit?We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams - even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match.Here are a few qualities we’ve found compatible with our team. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
