Learn more at www.coreweave.com.\nAbout the Team\nCoreWeave is seeking a People Operations Specialist to own the global People service queue and the lifecycle transactions behind it. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Employee Lifecycle, you will triage and resolve employee and manager requests across North America, EMEA, and APAC, execute lifecycle transactions in Workday, and work with People Business Partners, Payroll, Total Rewards, and Legal so employees get clear answers quickly.\nThis is a hands-on, high-volume role: you will resolve what you can directly, route the rest with full context, and fix the knowledge base articles, templates, and workflows behind repeat requests. You will also help contractors and new team members ramp on the queue as the function scales.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPeople service queue\nOwn day-to-day triage of the global People service queue: review, categorize, prioritize, and route requests from North America, EMEA, and APAC within SLA.\nResolve Tier 1 inquiries directly, including policy questions, employment verifications, Workday navigation, leave and benefits basics, and general how-to requests.\nEscalate Tier 2, country-specific, and sensitive matters (employee relations, compensation, local leave entitlements, legal questions) to the right People Business Partner, Payroll, Total Rewards, Legal, or EOR partner, with enough context that employees do not have to repeat themselves.\nApply the correct regional guidance where policies and processes differ by country, or route accordingly, rather than defaulting to a US answer.\nClose the loop with employees and managers on every request.\nLifecycle transactions and data\nExecute lifecycle transactions in Workday, including onboarding, offboarding, and job and data changes, following documented processes and controls.\nKeep an audit trail for every change, and keep ticket and Workday records accurate and current.\nCoordinate with regional Payroll teams and vendors on requests that affect pay, with clear handoffs and on-time processing across pay cycles and time zones.\nKnowledge, quality, and continuous improvement\nOwn the knowledge base articles and response templates for the queue: write new content, keep it current, and retire what is outdated.\nTrack queue health by region, including volume, response time, resolution time, and employee satisfaction, and report trends to the team.\nPropose and implement fixes for recurring issues, such as intake changes, workflow updates, or automation.\nTrain and support contractors and new team members working the queue.\nQualifications:\n2-4 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or an HR service center, ideally supporting a multi-country workforce.\nExperience working a ticket queue in ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk, or a similar tool, and managing to SLAs.\nWorking knowledge of HR fundamentals (common policies, leave types, employment verifications, onboarding and offboarding steps), awareness that requirements vary by country, and sound judgment about when to escalate.\nWorkday HCM experience executing lifecycle transactions, with a high bar for data accuracy.\nClear written communication: you can turn a policy into a short, useful answer and set expectations when a request needs more time.\nComfort working asynchronously across time zones, with flexibility to adjust hours periodically to support EMEA and APAC coverage.\nDiscretion and judgment handling confidential employee information.\nOrganization and follow-through across a high volume of requests.\nProficiency with Google Workspace and Slack.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience supporting employees in EMEA and/or APAC, including through EOR providers.\nExperience writing or maintaining knowledge base articles, FAQs, or response templates.\nExperience in a SOX-controlled or public-company environment.\nExposure to federal contractor or FedRAMP environments, including E-Verify processing and federal recordkeeping requirements.\nFamiliarity with data privacy requirements such as GDPR.\nBackground in a high-growth technology or AI-native company.\nActive use of AI tools in day-to-day People Operations work.\nAdditional language skills.\nWe'd like your help to get here\nEmployees and managers get accurate answers quickly and do not have to repeat themselves.\nRequests are triaged and routed within SLA in every region.\nWorkday records are accurate, with a clean audit trail for every change.\nRepeat questions decline because the knowledge base and templates stay current.\nQueue health is visible by region and acted on.\nContractors and new team members ramp on the queue quickly with consistent guidance.\nWhy CoreWeave?\nAt CoreWeave, we work hard, have fun, and move fast! Come join us!\nThe base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $130,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
