Learn more at www.coreweave.com.\nWhat You'll Do:\nCoreWeave is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer, Legal Systems to build and scale our contract lifecycle management (CLM) and legal technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on Ironclad. In this role, you will partner closely with Legal, Legal Operations, Finance, Sales, GTM, Procurement, Security, and IT to design, implement, and optimize legal systems and workflows that support a fast-growing, complex organization.\nAbout the role:\nYou will play a critical role in streamlining contract processes, improving data visibility, and ensuring integrations across enterprise systems are secure, scalable, and compliant.\nOwn the administration, configuration, and optimization of Ironclad CLM, including workflows, templates, approvals, and permissions.\nPartner with Legal and Legal Operations stakeholders to translate contract and compliance requirements into scalable system solutions.\nDesign and maintain contract workflows across the full lifecycle, from intake and negotiation through execution, storage, and renewal.\nBuild and support integrations between Ironclad and enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, procurement, billing, identity management).\nDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support contract visibility, compliance tracking, and operational insights.\nManage system security, access controls, and data governance to ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance.\nSupport contract data migrations, system enhancements, and feature rollouts.\nTroubleshoot and resolve system issues, partnering with Ironclad support and internal IT teams as needed.\nCreate and maintain documentation and training materials for legal and business users.\nSupport administration and integration of other legal systems - Descartes, Brightflag etc.\nStay current on Ironclad product enhancements, CLM trends, and legal technology best practices.\nWho You Are:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Legal Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n3+ years of experience supporting Legal Systems, CLM platforms, or enterprise workflow tools, with hands-on experience in Ironclad strongly preferred.\nStrong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and legal operations workflows.\nExperience configuring workflow automation, approvals, templates, and permissions in CLM systems.\nExperience with GenAI driven automation and how AI agents or workflows can accelerate system migrations, data mapping, or support processes in a Legal context.\nExperience with system integrations and APIs.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with legal and non-legal stakeholders.\nPreferred:\nFamiliarity with CRM, ERP, or procurement platforms.\nExperience with SOX, data privacy, and information security controls.\nExperience with automation tools or process optimization.\nWondering if you're a good fit?\nWe believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams - even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match.\nWhy CoreWeave?\nAt CoreWeave, we work hard, have fun, and move fast! Come join us!\nThe base salary range for this role is $139,000 to $204,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
