These components are Line cooking, Prep cooking, Vegetable prep, Short order cooking, Catering, and Mise en Place.\nEssential Functions\nAssembles and prepares ingredients for cooking by cleaning and cutting.\nFollows standardized recipes, calculation ingredients based on weight and volume.\nRecords temperatures correctly on temperature log sheets. Responsible to replace food items that do not fit standards.\nStores food items as required, labeling and dating items per standards.
