The role demands content knowledge expertise and understanding of human resource people data across an integrated system.\nEssential Functions\nTraining / Promotion / Adoption\nDevelop and deliver training materials, workshops, and ongoing support to ensure users (HR Partners and COEs, leaders, etc) can effectively utilize the tool.\nMonitor user engagement, identify areas of low adoption, develop and implement strategies to improve utilization, such as sharing success stories.\nAdvise users to personalize the application to meet their needs.\nParticipates and contributes to Visier User Advisory Group.\nAnalytics (support HR in supporting the organization)\nConsult with human resources for business interventions.\nProvide recommendations on data sets / visualizations to gain insights.\nAssist with interpreting data / visualizations / insights.\nAssist in creating stories / reports / presentations of information.\nIdentify opportunities to leverage the tool to improve business outcomes in collaboration with stakeholders.\nPropose new methods or solutions for finding insights and communicating them in impactful ways to stakeholders. Train others on new methods developed.\nProduct Expertise / Super User\nServe as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to users, addressing questions and troubleshooting issues. \nPartner with the People Analytics team (system administrators) on enhancements and upgrades.\nEngage with the Visier community for best practices and to advance the application.\nWork with Digital Services and customers to import data as needed to ensure accuracy. Facilitate meetings with customers to resolve identified issues.
