Participates in new employee orientation.\nProvides input to determine measurable goals and objectives. Assists in planning, developing and implementing evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training.\nAssists in development of course content, curriculum, pamphlets, and presentations. Suggests modifications to course or program content or methodologies as indicated. Identifies problems, through client feedback, that curriculum changes could improve.
