Event Manager

Working: Remotely, as part of an international team

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end participation in industry events and exhibitions, from target list building and outreach to meeting coordination;
• Organise B2B events, including exhibitions, conferences, business breakfasts and roadshows;
• Coordinate team travel and event logistics;
• Manage event suppliers, including stand builders, caterers and event partners.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in end-to-end B2B event organisation;
• Previous experience in pharma, medtech or life sciences;
• Fluent written and spoken English;
• Strong ownership and ability to manage events from concept to delivery with minimal supervision;
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills;
• Experience using CRM systems for contact management and outreach, such as HubSpot.
