Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.\nResponsibilities\nLead the creative vision across projects, guiding teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact brand and experiential design solutions.\n\nShape project design narratives, ensuring work is conceptually strong, strategically grounded, and visually compelling.\n\nChampion innovation by promoting exploration of new tools, technologies, and methodologies, including computational and human-centered design approaches.\n\nEnsure design solutions are forward-thinking, adaptable, and responsive to evolving user, social, and environmental needs.\n\nProvide feedback, mentor and develop younger design staff, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and design excellence.\n\nDelegate effectively, leveraging individual strengths while creating stretch opportunities for team members.\n\nPartner with team leadership to improve and standardize design processes, tools, and workflows.\n\nLead clear, confident communication of creative direction and project decisions.\n\nRepresent the Brand + Graphics practice through firmwide initiatives, industry events, and community engagement.\n\nLeverage firm tools, templates, and platforms to support efficient collaboration and project delivery.\n\nMaintain proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Adobe Creative Suite.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Environmental Design, Industrial Design, Experiential Design, or a related field required.\n\nMinimum of 5+ years of experience in environmental branding and design for commercial environments.\n\nAt least 2+ years of experience leading project design teams, including collaboration with interior designers and/or architects.\n\nProven experience in a creative leadership role within brand, graphics, or multidisciplinary design.\n\nStrong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, design excellence, and storytelling.\n\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nThis position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
