Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and implement learning solutions aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs\nCreate and curate high-quality learning content using instructional design principles and adult learning theory\nLead medium-to-large scale L&D projects, including assessment, scoping, planning, stakeholder coordination, and execution\nTranslate business and performance challenges into effective learning solutions that meet quality, accessibility, and branding standards\nPartner with the internal stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout the firm to develop and deliver content in all modalities (in-person, virtual, online courses, videos)\nIn collaboration with the Global L&D Director, design, develop, pilot, evaluate, and deliver new learning experiences and programs\nCreate courses and other learning content using appropriate authoring or editing software (e.g., Articulate (Storyline & Rise), Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)\nLeverage artificial intelligence, the Learning Management System, and other emerging technologies to design, deploy, and continuously improve scalable, effective learning experiences\nPlan, organize, and manage L&D workshops/events including logistics, materials, vendor coordination, and communications\nFacilitate or provide support for in-person and virtual classes\nDesign and deploy course surveys, translating learner feedback into actionable improvements to instructional content, learning effectiveness, and the learner experience\nDevelop and maintain L&D metrics and analytics, translating data into insights that inform learning decisions and improvements\nStay current with L&D trends, technologies, and methodologies\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree Required or equivalent workplace experience\nMinimum of 5 years of corporate L&D experience\nMinimum of 3 years of instructional design experience and LMS administration\nMust be eligible to work in the United States\nDemonstrated, end-to-end project/program management experience: conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and project close\nProficient in using instructional design and editing tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop\nStrong command of Microsoft Office skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables:In Word, create clear, concise, professional communications and resources.\nIn Excel, aggregate and analyze data to identify insights and trends.\nIn PowerPoint, tell a logically structured, succinct, and compelling story tailored to your audience; identify clear and actionable asks.\nIn Teams/SharePoint, effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiency.\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines\nAbility to balance collaboration with others and independent work to get things done efficiently\nAbility to travel, which will be based on the needs of the firm or program\nThis position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
