This detail-oriented individual will work to uphold the highest quality standards for technical design and project specifications.\nResponsibilities\nWorking with the design team to select appropriate materials and systems for various project types including commercial, healthcare, aviation, education and data centers\nWriting project specifications from Corgan master specifications and compiling project manuals\nAssisting design team with technical guidance during construction contract administration\nProduct research and evaluation\nTechnical design assistance\nConstruction contract administration support of design studio staff\nMentoring of design studio technical staff\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent\n8-10 years of experience in the design & construction industry\n3 years experience as Specifications Writer\nExperience in one or more of our market sectors (commercial, healthcare, aviation, education, data centers, and interiors) is highly preferred\nLicensed architect, CSI CCS, or CSI CCCA preferred\nThis position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
