We want someone who can make smart tradeoffs, automate aggressively, and keep systems fast, stable, and economical as we grow.\nWhat you’ll do\nDesign, build, and operate cloud infrastructure across multi-cloud environments\nImprove uptime, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency across our platform\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and internal developer tooling\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code\nStrengthen our security posture across cloud, application, secrets, access control, and runtime environments\nPartner with engineering to improve build speed, release quality, and operational maturity\nImplement and maintain monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response processes\nSupport enterprise customer requirements around security, scalability, compliance, and architecture\nTroubleshoot production issues quickly and systematically\nWrite code and scripts to automate operational work and eliminate manual toil\nWhat we’re looking for\n3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering\n\nStrong hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and/or Azure\nExperience with modern DevOps tooling such as:Docker\nKubernetes\nTerraform\nGitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar CI/CD systems\nPrometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch, or similar observability tools\n\nSolid scripting or coding ability in languages such as Python, Go, Bash, or JavaScript/TypeScript\nStrong understanding of Linux systems, networking, IAM, secrets management, and production debugging\nFamiliarity with security tooling and concepts, including vulnerability management, cloud security best practices, least privilege, secrets handling, and secure software delivery\nExperience supporting high-availability production systems\nAbility to move quickly, operate independently, and make sound engineering tradeoffs\nComfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and startup pace\nNice to have\nExperience in multi-cloud architecture\nExperience with enterprise environments, compliance, or customer security requirements\nExperience with incident management, on-call processes, and postmortems\nFamiliarity with security scanning, container security, SAST/SCA, or cloud security tooling\nExperience building internal platforms or developer infrastructure\nExperience working at a startup or high-growth company\nWhat success looks like\nInfrastructure is reliable, secure, and easy for engineers to use\nDeployments are fast and low-friction\nCosts are understood and actively optimized\nSystems are observable and incidents are handled well\nSecurity and enterprise requirements are handled without slowing the company down\nManual work gets automated away\nCompensation\nBase salary: JOD 18,000 - 30,000 per year\nEquity: 0.05% - 0.20%\nHealth and Social Insurance Benefits\nWhy join us\nYou’ll have real ownership over the systems that power the company.
