Our teams are small, ambitious, and highly execution-oriented.\nAbout the Role\nWe’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help build a new product line from the ground up.\nYou’ll work closely with the product line’s leadership and operating team to build the software, systems, and infrastructure needed to launch and scale the business. This is a highly hands-on role where you’ll have significant ownership over what gets built and how it works.\nYou won’t be working from a fixed backlog. You’ll spend time understanding the business and its users, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement, and then building the technology to make those ideas real.\nThe role will involve travel to work directly with the teams and operations building the product line.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild and ship full-stack applications that support the new product line.\nDevelop customer-facing products and internal tools.\nWork across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and infrastructure.\nTranslate business and operational problems into technical solutions.\nWork directly with users and operators to understand their workflows and pain points.\nAutomate manual processes and build systems that allow the business to scale.\nDesign and implement integrations with third-party systems and APIs.\nOwn projects from initial concept and architecture through deployment and iteration.\nDevelop reliable, maintainable, and scalable software.\nDebug, improve, and extend existing systems as the product evolves.\nWork closely with product and operations to rapidly test and iterate on new ideas.\nTravel to Corgi offices and operating locations as needed to work directly with the team and users.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nNo professional experience required if you can demonstrate your skills another way.\nStrong experience building full-stack applications.\nFluency in modern frontend and backend development.\nStrong understanding of databases, APIs, and software architecture.\nAbility to write clean, maintainable, production-quality code.\nStrong problem-solving and debugging skills.\nComfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.\nAbility to take ownership of projects from beginning to end.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nWillingness and
