But if you deliver, you have unlimited scope to grow.\nWe move quickly, care deeply about talent density, and hire people who want to solve difficult problems with unusually high ownership.\nAbout the Role\nWe're hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the design and development of the systems that power our insurance companies and internal operations.\nYou will own large technical initiatives across underwriting, claims, finance, compliance, and internal tooling. You'll work directly with leadership, product, and operations teams to build software that eliminates manual work and enables the company to scale. This role is for someone who wants significant ownership, enjoys solving complex problems, and can independently drive projects from concept to production.\nThis role is based in our London office.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, build, and maintain critical internal and customer-facing software systems.\nLead the development of backend services, APIs, and scalable infrastructure.\nOwn major projects from architecture through deployment and ongoing maintenance.\nWork across the stack to rapidly ship products and features.\nPartner closely with operations, finance, underwriting, and leadership teams to automate complex workflows.\nImprove system reliability, performance, security, and scalability.\nMake architectural decisions and establish engineering best practices.\nMentor
