If you want to work for a company that values your contributions and supports your growth, we would like to meet you.\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram Management\nCoordinate program calendars, participant communications, materials, logistics, and follow-up actions.\nPartner with internal leaders and external facilitators to ensure effective program delivery, both in-person and virtually.\nCreate engaging participant materials, presentations, guides, and learning resources.\nTrack participation, feedback, learning outcomes, and program effectiveness.\nSupport vendor selection, coordination, contracting, and external facilitator management.\nCreate and maintain clear project plans, milestones, dashboards, and status updates.\nGather participant feedback and generate reports and insights.\nAnalyst & Associate Training Program\nSupport the planning, day-to-day management, and execution of the Analyst & Associate Training Program.\nEngage with external partners to develop training curriculum for Corient’s early career talent.\nCoordinate senior leader involvement, line managers, and mentors to ensure the program has strong visibility and enterprise support.\nManage participant experience, program logistics and communications.\nMeasure program outcomes, including participant, manager and business leader feedback.\nKey Competencies\nStrong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.\nData-driven mindset with the ability to measure program effectiveness and use insights to improve outcomes.\nExperience with learning technologies and learning management systems (LMS).\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.\nExperience and Qualifications\n3-5 years of experience in learning and development, leadership development, talent management, program coordination, or a related field.\nDemonstrated program and project management experience. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned with or without notice.\nPay Information\nThis position is exemptand is paid according to the laws of the State of New York.The pay range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000USD per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.\nPhysical Requirements\nThis position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
