If you want to work for a company that values your contributions and supports your growth, we would like to meet you.\nResponsibilities\nPerforming bookkeeping functions on a daily, weekly, monthly basis;\nVendor maintenance - creating and modifying existing vendors, managing W-9 and NDA forms process with new vendors, and ad hoc communications with vendors\nRecording vendor invoices in the accounts payable module of Intacct or within Bill.com and submit for review\nCompleting vendor, credit and other applications on behalf of clients\nProcessing Form 1099s annually, where applicable, Recording journal entries for cash transfers, payroll, accruals, asset purchases and capital improvements, as well as specific accounting related to clients personal assets\nReconciliations of bank statements, brokerage statements and credit card statements, including transaction feeds into our accounting systems\nMeticulous maintenance of client files/records in shared network folders\nResponding promptly to client requests\nFamiliarity with financial statements\nAd hoc analysis and reporting\nQualifications & Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in accounting\n2+ years’ accounting experience focusing on A/P, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliations and Data Entry\nStrong proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and v-lookups)\nPreferred experience with Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, or similar accounting systems. \nExpeditious and accurate data entry skills\nHighly motivated self-starter; independent worker\nAble to communicate well (both verbal and written) and build relationships within teams\nPossess core self-management skills: time management, organization, prioritization resourcefulness, problem-solving\nDetail oriented, Intelligent; Inquisitive\nExhibits accountability and ownership\nStrive for continuous improvement\nFamily Office Experience preferred\nPhysical Requirements\nThis position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
