PRINCIPAL ELEMENTS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Preparation of Federal and state tax and informational filings for corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, trusts, and individuals with a focus on cross border reporting. Analysis of underlying domestic and foreign financial records for use in preparation of tax filings. Projection of Federal and state taxes for a variety of client situations.
