If you want to work for a company that values your contributions and supports your growth, we would like to meet you.\nResponsibilities\nServe as primary advisor and relationship manager on key client relationships providing wealth management and investment advice to ultra-high net worth and high net worth clients.\n\nLead client meetings, ensuring a high level of service and proactive communication by managing all aspects of the client relationship experience with both internal and external teams.\n\nCoordinate and lead the delivery of Corient’s full spectrum of client solutions-including investment management, financial planning, tax strategy, family office services, wealth transfer, and trustee support-to ensure a seamless and holistic client experience.\n\nThrough a robust discovery process, identify and prioritize key client investment and wealth planning needs and objectives. With the client’s input, determine short and long-term deliverables and develop a plan to accomplish them.\n\nContribute to business development efforts by cultivating client referral sources, building centers of influence and participating in thought leadership.\n\nMentor and support Associate Wealth Advisors and Associate Wealth Planners.\n\nStay current on finance markets, tax laws, and planning strategies to provide informed advice.\n\nQualifications & Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.\n\n8+ years of proven experience in Wealth Management or similar role; experience with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients required.\n\nCFP, CFA, CPA, JD, or MBA required.\n\nProven track record of managing client relationships and delivering comprehensive advice.\n\nStrong growth mindset with a focus on winning and retaining clients.\n\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.\n\nDemonstrated ethical and professional behavior, adhering to industry regulations and compliance standards.\n\nCompetencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nCommunicate effectively, both orally and in writing\n\nHigh emotional intelligence and situational awareness\n\nThis position description is intended to provide a general overview of the expectations and responsibilities ofthis position and may not include all tasks that may be assigned. The pay range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000 per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.\nPhysical Requirements\nThis position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
