This role is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support across hardware, software, infrastructure, and user services while ensuring alignment with Corin's global IT strategy.\nWorking closely with colleagues in Australia and the UK, you will play a key role in maintaining reliable IT systems, supporting end users, contributing to infrastructure projects, and ensuring compliance with quality and information security standards.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a proactive IT professional who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting users, and working within a collaborative international environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAs ICT Customer Support Officer, you will:\nAct as the first point of contact for IT support requests across Australia, managing helpdesk tickets and providing timely issue resolution.\nSupport the onboarding of new employees, including provisioning equipment, system access, and workstation setup.\nCollaborate with the Global IT team to support and deliver Corin's technology strategy.\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure issues.\nMaintain and support local IT infrastructure, including desktops, servers, telephony, networking, internet connectivity, and business applications.\nContribute to IT projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure local IT processes and procedures align with global standards and are consistently followed.\nPerform routine operational and administrative activities, including backup and recovery, equipment deployment, documentation, and system maintenance.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles to improve user support and operational efficiency.\nEnsure all activities comply with Corin's Quality Management System (ISO 13485) and Information Security Management System (ISO 27001).\n\nAbout You\nTo be successful in this role, you'll bring:\nQualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline.\nApproximately 2-3 years' experience in an IT support, service desk, or infrastructure support role.\nHands-on experience supporting Microsoft technologies, including:\nActive Directory\nMicrosoft 365\nOutlook and Exchange\nAzure\nExperience supporting networking technologies, Cisco environments, and virtualisation platforms such as VMware and Veeam.\nBroad understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and support best practices.\nExposure to delivering or supporting IT projects and technology rollouts.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-focused approach.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\nThe ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and take ownership of issues through to resolution.\nA collaborative mindset and willingness to work across international teams.\n\nWhy Join Corin?\n\nAt Corin, we're passionate about transforming orthopaedic healthcare through innovation and technology.
